Patterico's hacker possibly identified as Ethyl Sedita aka Ethylkxa

I did a search on ronbryn in Twitter https://twitter.com/search/realtime/ronbryn  and found tweets to me that appeared to be coming from Patterico Twitter account at www.twitter.com/patterico were actually coming from somewhere else.

Patterico's tweets are coming from an account called Ethylkxa with the name Ethyl Sedita attached.
